I returned to work today, which meant the work load was amped up as we only have a few more weeks of possible changes.  Today was also my daughter’s first basketball game of the year for her freshman team.  The whole team didn’t play very well for an away game, and their rust definitely showed.  I also had EMT Class tonight with a test and a skills practical planned for the same time as the game.  For lunch, I studied at a local buffet place (Ryan’s), and then I had to rush 45 miles to the basketball game immediately after work.  From there, I went immediately to my class.  The good news was I score 98% on the written 50Q test.  The only real negative was potentially over eating at the buffet.

I did see another pound lost this morning.

Thanks both of you for reading and commenting. To be honest the closest I come to eggs is that mock danish I ate and inside quiches or pizza crusts. I am just not a big fan, and there are many more proteins in this world that aren’t as slimy. :-)
