I once again failed to do a post, but this is just a reflection of being extremely busy right now.  To say nothing of the building stress of IT Projects that are dependent on me, EMT class ever nearing finals, and the on-again, off-again personal angst.  At the end of the day, staying the same even if it is at 230 or 231 might be the best I can expect with all this cortisol.

That is not to say that my eating has been the best.  I am going to eliminate all peanuts until the end of the year starting today (Friday).   I am off work for the next 4 days, so I have lots of studying and relaxing to do.  Maybe come Tuesday (with one practical exam out of the way as well), I may be a lot happier.

Gino’s is a long time Des Moines restaurant, who has taken to selling their salad dressings. They are my favorite at the moment and completely low carb. My favorite is the Roasted Garlic creamy salad dressing. As for where to get it, you can get it from the source:

I have updated thedailyplate.com, but have not updated my menus blog. My life got really busy with a lot of major EMT tests, andI had to sanity check and limit the amount of daily commitments.

I should pick back up posting again after this coming week when the last of my tests should be over.
