I know I am the worst diet menu blogger ever

Just an affirmation, I am the worst diet menu blogger ever. I make no promises it is going to get better, but I am at least going try something different. Quick blogs with menus and exercise, no nutritional info etc. I may do that occassionally, but I think the two step process was killing it.

Breakfast: 1.5 cup Lettuce Salad, 6 oz Bacon, 2 TBS Caesar Dressing, .5 oz Parmesan Cheese, 1 can soda

Lunch – Worked through it

Snack – 2 oz Shelled Peanuts, 2 cans soda

Supper – 2 cups Lettuce Salad, .5 oz Bacon Bits, 1 TBS Buffalo Sauce, 2TBS Ranch, .5 oz Almonds, 3 oz Turkey Pastrami, 1 slice swiss

Snack – 1 cup Lettuce Salad, 6 oz Bacon, 2 TBS Creamy Italian Dressing, .5 oz Parmesan Cheese, 1 can soda

Exercise – 4.3 mile run
