Lettuce – Iceberg and Baby Spring Mix, 2 TBS Ranch, Chedder Cheese, 3 oz Sausage, Onion, Pepper, Celery diced

Lunch -

Spaghetti Squash (1.5 cups), .25 cup Sugar Free Spaghetti Sauce, .5 cup Alfredo Sauce, 4 oz Ground Beef, 1 Cup Roast Turkey, .5 cup Broccoli

Snack

2 oz Almonds

Supper -

Remainder of Alfredo Sauce, Broccoli, Turkey mixture (.33 cup), 1 cup roast pork, 1 cup Spring Mix/Lettuce, 1 oz Cheddar, Bacon Bits, 2 TBS Caesar Dressing

Snack

Half Blueberry mock Danish
